Feb. 24, 2011 – Time To Press The Reset Button

Sometimes things are so out of whack it is simply better to start over thenReset Button to try and limp along through the mire and muck.

Bad credit is like that.  Credit has become a huge issue in this nation.  And it is becoming all too clear that not having great credit costs consumers $1,000s more each year.  It doesn’t have to be that way.

Many folks, millions, in fact, need to hit the reset button on their own credit.  Get a fresh start and manage it better from here.  They simply don’t know how.

We Are A Consumer Advocacy Company

Before you give up, get the facts.  The facts are that the LAW is on your side!  In too many cases creditors don’t have the documents to pursue consumers.  They need to be “challenged”! The credit bureaus have not had proof documents of any kind for forty (40) years.  They too, need to be challenged! Collection agencies rarely have legitimate documents, let alone the right to collect the debt in question.  They need to be challenged!

There are “literally” hundreds of cases against creditors, collection agencies and the credit bureaus that have ALL been ruled in favor of the consumer due to violations of federal and state law.  This has meant that some debts were completely erased!  It has meant that ALL negative reporting was removed from consumer’s credit files and has literally chased debt collectors not only away, but out of business!

About Safe Haven Credit

I don't much like the pompous attitude of the credit bureaus and the damage they have caused consumers and businesses, so I like to rant about it here...
